Caroline brings deep background in product strategy and innovation having served as Nike’s head of Global Sustainable Product and prior roles at Adidas.

Background

Caroline is a global business leader in CPG (apparel, footwear, materials, and innovation) and business model innovation. Caroline is known for effectively straddling the roles of consumer and brand champion, commerce and creativity, and translating opportunity into reality.

Caroline served 14+ years at Nike, most recently as GM, Global Sustainable Product and Brand Marketing reporting to CSO, and accountable for Board communication. Other roles at Nike spanned end-to-end product creation leadership and merchandising operations. She previously worked at Adidas in product and merchandising roles for 9 years.

Caroline has deep background in branding and positioning, go to market strategy, business development, and opportunity identification. She views leadership and innovation as key drivers for sustainable value creation. Caroline currently works with top brands on product strategy and business model innovation as Founder True North Brand Consulting.
